CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & DEPOSIT POLICIES

WINTER DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable at that time. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival incur no penalty. Cancellations and modifications made within 30 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the room and tax amount. The daily resort fee includes in-town shuttle transportation services to and from Park City’s Historic Main Street, sitewide, wireless Internet access, business center access, daily newspaper delivery, bottled water upon arrival, access to the spa facilities, fitness center, heated pool, wellness classes, ski valet, and ski locker room.

SUMMER DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. Any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to arrival will have no penalty. Any reservation cancellation or modification within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit. The daily resort fee includes in-town shuttle transportation services to and from Park City’s Historic Main Street, sitewide, wireless Internet access, business center access, daily newspaper delivery, bottled water upon arrival, access to the spa facilities, fitness center, heated pool, and wellness classes.

MODIFYING YOUR RESERVATION:

Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in additional fees. Please refer above for any special rate policies. Due to our remote location, we must adhere to our cancellation and deposit policies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection in the event of unexpected circumstances which would impede travel to Stein Eriksen Residences Deer Valley. Please consult with your credit card company or call our reservations department at (855) 428-1515 for travel insurance options.
