Jim Tolbert

Jim began his hospitality career at the Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona, while attending Arizona State University. Jim has enjoyed a 29-year run in the luxury hotel and resort industry working at premier properties and companies such as Four Seasons and Montage. Beginning on the Banquet/Catering and Conference Services operations side for the first half of his career, Jim made the switch to sales in 2002. Currently, Jim is responsible for leading the Group Sales effort and team for the Stein Collection properties: SEL, CHX, and SER. Jim enjoys the outdoors, skiing, biking, camping, cooking, and construction.

Brooke moved to Park City in 2001 and launched her career with the National Ability Center, one of the largest recreation and athletic programs for people with disabilities in the country. Brooke then enjoyed eight years with Canyons Resort & Talisker, where she held a number of positions, including Director of Catering and Director of F&B Sales and Events. Prior to joining the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Brooke was a National Sales Manager with Destination Services Corporation (DSC), a full-service destination management company. Brooke is an avid volunteer and sits on the board of Park City Women’s Business Network, and she is active with her alumni organization. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys riding her horse, skiing, camping with her husband and dog, and cooking for friends.

Julee began her hospitality career when she moved from Seattle, Washington to Jackson, Wyoming in the summer of 2003. While in Jackson, Julee worked for Snow King Hotel as a Sales Manager for 3 years and became Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton for another three years. She then became a National Sales Manager for Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge for another year before moving to Park City in 2015. Prior to joining Stein Collection, Julee was an Executive Meeting Manager at Park City Resort for two and a half years. Julee attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, and earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Like many who live in a mountain community, Julee enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and traveling with her husband and child.

Aleisa Gravador

Aleisa is a true hospitality professional. With a deep love for travel and an enthusiasm for taking care of people, she has enjoyed a 27-year career in hospitality. Aleisa has worked at various luxury properties throughout the Park City area, including the opening of The Chateaux in 2002. In 2014 she joined the Stein Collection with a focus on the Utah market. She has held leadership positions with IHG in the Philippines and was also the Director of Sales at the Homestead Resort in Midway. Before returning to the Stein Collection, she oversaw the SMERF and Sports market with the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. She enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter in her spare time, hiking with her four-legged pal, paddle boarding, and playing the piano.

Nimisha Birath

Nimisha is an experienced, successful sales professional. Originally from New York City, Nimisha attended The Ohio State University and Kent State University in Ohio before ultimately making her way to Pinehurst, North Carolina, where she has been the Director of National Accounts for Pinehurst Resort. In addition to her sales experience, Nimisha has owned and operated her own successful interior design agency. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their family dog. Nimisha spends her spare time cheering on the OSU Buckeyes football team, UNC Tarheels basketball team, and Carolina Hurricanes hockey team. She also loves water sports, skiing, and hosting get-togethers.

Zoey Taheri

Zoey grew up nearby in Salt Lake City. As an only child, she grew very close with her cousins and grandfather. After accepting a position with Stein Eriksen Lodge, Zoey originally planned to work part-time and seasonally but has ended up as one of Stein’s long-standing employees. She has worked in just about every department and knows the Stein Collection backward and forward. Zoey loves to visit New York City, Chicago, and anywhere the shopping is good and the coffee is hot.

Elizabeth is one of Stein Collection’s favorite east coasters. Splitting her childhood between New York and Pennsylvania, Elizabeth found her way to Green Mountain College’s Killington School of Resort Management in Killington, Vermont, where she earned a bachelor’s in resort and hospitality management. She has been with the Stein Collection for two years. Her knowledge and passion for the industry are the perfect addition to the Stein team. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys skiing, rock climbing, camping, traveling, hiking, and baking.

Colleen Altice

Colleen has enjoyed a seasoned career in catering and events for the past 12 years in Park City. Colleen pursued a Political Science degree from the University of Utah, but after meeting her husband, he convinced her to move to Colorado, where they both started their hospitality careers at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Getting her first taste of hospitality as a sales and marketing coordinator, she determined she had a passion for catering and events and creating memorable experiences for guests. After getting married at Park City Mountain Resort and relocating back to Utah, she has worked in catering and events for The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, St. Regis Deer Valley, and most recently, Waldorf Astoria Park City. Colleen achieved her level one Sommelier certification recently and enjoys seeking out new learning opportunities in the food and beverage arena. Colleen’s spare time is occupied mostly with her twins, but when time allows, she enjoys playing the piano, traveling, drinking good wine, and skiing with her family.

Kenna was born and raised in Utah and has over eight years of event planning experience, including operating her own wedding planning business and managing event venues. Helping others make the events of their dreams a reality drives Kenna as a creative, friendly, and essential part of the Stein Collection team. She spends her free time camping, kayaking, working on her Jeep, and playing with her two cats.

Originally from Georgia, Amy first moved to Park City in 2004 to further her hospitality career as Partnership Director and VP of Sales with Alpine Adventures, a global leader in mountain and adventure travel. While at Alpine Adventures, she cultivated relationships with affluent travel advisors and luxury hotel partners. Amy’s travels led her back to Atlanta, but she always missed the mountains. When the opportunity arose to join the team at the Stein Collection, she was eager to return to Utah as our Travel Industry Sales Manager. Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling with her husband, hosting her family and friends, spoiling her dogs, and watching all sports.

Roy is a native of Lima, Peru, but has been living in Utah for over 18 years. He has a wealth of experience in the hotel and travel industry, spanning 20 years since he graduated from Ricardo Palma University in Peru. Thanks to his unique perspective, he has a great understanding of the industry and is driven to provide exceptional service. Currently, Roy works as a Leisure Sales Manager, where he serves as a Brand Ambassador for the Steins Collection in various markets. He connects directly with Central and South American markets in Spanish and Portuguese languages. Having worked for the Steins collection for 16 years, you may recognize him around Stein Eriksen Lodge, where he held several positions, including his starting position as a front desk agent several years ago.

Roy loves traveling to explore new cultures and meet new people. His vibrant and welcoming personality helps him feed his creative side. He also enjoys spending time with his family and their lovely dogs.
