ANNUAL GINGERBREAD DISPLAY AT THE LODGE

Every holiday season Executive Pastry Chef Jeremy Garcia and his team design, bake, create and decorate a spectacular gingerbread display. Now in its 24th year, a surprise display will be unveiled for guests and visitors to admire alongside the 32' Christmas tree in the Mountain Lobby at Stein Eriksen Lodge (5 minutes by complimentary shuttle) on December 1, 2025. Former presentations have included movie scenes from Star Wars, Peanuts, Frozen, Harry Potter, and detailed models of an original fire truck, Norwegian Viking ship, hot air balloon and the Empire State Building.
