Spring Break Recommendations

Two women in ski gear holding skis and helmets at Stein Eriksen Residences

From spring skiing on the slopes of Deer Valley Resort to lively apres and activities for the entire family, Stein Eriksen Residences and our mountain town are the perfect spring break destination for you and your family.

Ski at Deer Valley Resort

March and April on the slopes of Deer Valley are less crowded than the early winter months while still delivering excellent conditions. Stein Eriksen Residences offers convenient ski-out/ski-in access to the slopes and easy onsite rentals through Stein Eriksen Sport. In addition to smaller crowds, skiing during the months of March and April tends to be much warmer compared to earlier winter months.

Après Activities

After a day on the slopes, head down to The 7880 Club for delicious seasonal dishes, refreshing beverages, and incredible snow-capped mountain views. In the Champions Club entertainment center, you can also head over to our sister property, Stein Eriksen Lodge, for drinks, food, and arcade games. Your teens will love playing the world’s largest Pac-Man, while the whole family can enjoy over-the-top milkshakes and house-made ice cream sandwiches or s’mores at the fire pits.

Silver Aspen Spa

Spring is the perfect time to refresh both body and mind. The mountain air will certainly help, as will spending your day at Silver Aspen Spa, located next to our state-of-the-art fitness center. Treat yourself to a relaxing massage, and be sure to take in the spectacular valley views from our beautifully designed indoor/outdoor infinity pool. Woodward Park City

An excellent option for your lively kids and teens, Woodward Park City provides the ultimate in action sports. This new state-of-the-art facility hosts snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding, and BMX. Spend your day on the slopes outdoors or indoors in the foam pits and on the Olympic-grade trampolines trying out new tricks and allowing your whole family to get all of their energy out.

Off the Slopes

After you’ve experienced a day or two of spring skiing, be sure to check out other outdoor recreation options in the area. Try dog sledding for an afternoon, embark on a horse-drawn sleigh ride around picturesque Deer Valley Resort, or work up a sweat skate skiing on one of the area's many cross country ski trails. You can also take your family and spend a day at the Utah Olympic Park, where you can go bobsledding, complete a ropes course, and visit the museums. Our knowledgeable and friendly Concierge staff can help you plan and reserve any of the many area attractions here in Park City.

Park City Attractions

For a cultural experience, head to one of Park City’s many museums and art galleries on Historic Main Street. Our complimentary shuttle service is available to take you to Historic Main Street, so you don’t have to worry about the stresses of parking or traffic. While you’re there, be sure to check out the galleries and museums and the many boutique shops and restaurants that line the street.
